This Easter season experience a fresh expression of Jesus’ love for you! Join us for a journey through seven hands-on prayer stations on Good Friday, April 2 at 7:00 p.m. at 101 Pecan Drive, Schertz. [map and directions]

  • Touch a crown of thorns and thank Jesus for enduring the pain on the cross.

  • Hammer nails into wood and seek God’s forgiveness for the sin in your life.

  • Write your name in red paint and remember the cost Christ paid to save you.

It’s called “The Passion” for a reason. It’s intense! It’s hopeful! It’s invigorating! Pray about who you will invite to share this experience.

Palm Sunday Funny

It was Palm Sunday and, because of strep throat, Sue's three-year-old son had to stay home from church with a baby-sitter. When the family returned home carrying palm branches, he asked what they were for. "People held them over Jesus' head as he walked by," his mother explained. "Wouldn't you know it," the boy fumed. "The one Sunday I don't go, He showed up!"

Just a Thought

"Jesus went from 'Hosannas' to hell in five short days." -Unknown
