Teaching Pastor  Ken Mitschke Ken is the founding pastor of Word of Life. He envisions the congregation as people who are being transformed by God’s Word into passionate disciples of Christ - learning and laughing, loving and living life to its greatest potential. He has served in ministry 13 years, twelve years in multi-staff congregations in Florida and Texas. Ken strives to help individuals become everything God wants them to be. The Better Half Ken and Patti have been married now for 23 years. Patti is a talented and committed disciple of Christ who is an integral part of the founding of Word of Life. She manages to work part-time for Word of Life, serve as a LifeGroup hostess, serve as Director of Communications for the Brazil Mission Society, lead a team in charge of planning the big (30,000+) gathering events at the National Youth Gathering, provide vital support to Ken and take care of two boys, William (18) and Andrew (16) and more!
