In a world obsessed with performance, metrics, and self-definition, baptism interrupts the noise with a gift we didn’t earn.
Identity comes before obedience.
Belonging comes before improvement.
This Sunday we’ll talk about why that order matters more than we think – and why trying to baptize ourselves is exhausting. Following Jesus – discipleship – doesn’t begin with what you do…it begins with who God says you are.
